1. About this policy
This policy explains how Park508 processes information when an authorized administrator connects the official Park508 TikTok account and uses our social media management tools.
2. Information we process
- Basic TikTok account information authorized by the account owner, such as open ID, display name and avatar.
- Authorization tokens required to keep the approved TikTok connection active.
- Admin-approved media, captions, schedules and publication status.
- Limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use this information only to connect the official account, publish content explicitly approved in Park508, display delivery status, troubleshoot failures and protect the system. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok data for unrelated advertising or profiling.
4. Sharing
Information is shared with TikTok only as needed to provide the requested login and publishing functions. We may also use infrastructure providers that process data solely to host and secure Park508. We do not disclose data to unrelated third parties unless required by law.
5. Security and retention
Park508 uses HTTPS, restricted administrator access and protected server-side credential storage. Authorization data is retained while the integration is active. It is deleted or disabled when no longer needed, when authorization is revoked, or when deletion is requested, subject to limited legal and security-log retention.
6. Your choices
The TikTok account owner can revoke Park508 access from TikTok account settings. Requests to access or delete integration data can be submitted through Park508's official management channels at park508.online.
7. Children and changes
This administrative service is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above will identify the current version.
