1. Service
Park508 provides internal fleet-management and social-media tools, including the scheduling and publication of administrator-approved content to Park508's official accounts.
2. Authorized use
Only authorized Park508 administrators may connect accounts or approve content. Users must keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Access may be suspended if misuse or a security risk is detected.
3. TikTok integration
Connecting TikTok authorizes Park508 to use the permissions shown during TikTok's authorization flow. The account owner remains responsible for each approved post and for compliance with TikTok's terms, community guidelines and intellectual-property rules. Authorization can be revoked through TikTok account settings.
4. Content
Users must have the right to use all uploaded media, text, trademarks and other materials. Park508 does not claim ownership of user content. Permission is granted only to store, process and publish content as instructed through the service.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but third-party platforms, networks and APIs may be unavailable or may change without notice. Scheduled publication is therefore not guaranteed. Administrators should verify important posts and account status.
6. Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Park508 is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party outages, revoked permissions, rejected content or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Either side may stop use of the integration; Park508 may disable access when necessary for security or compliance.
